CHAMPIONS CUP TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

AGE(S): 11u, 12u, 13u, 14u 

DESCRIPTION:  SuperEast Baseball presents the Champions Cup Tournament being hosted in the greater Hartford Area.  This tournament sold out last year.  Games will be played on high quality fields in the Greater Hartford area.  

DATES:   Friday June 7, 2024 thru Sunday June 9, 2024

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:  Each team will play 2 games complete pool play.  Teams will be seeded after Saturday's Pool play and compete to a champion on Sunday.

ARRIVAL:

-Teams must be prepared to play on the first day of schedule start date.

-Coaches are required to check-in their team 60 minutes prior to their first game.

GAME MINIMUM(weather permitting): 3

PER TEAM FEE:  = 11u & 12u = $749  / 13u & 14u = $849.00

-The FULL tournament fee is due at time of registration.

-No team will be added to the schedule until paid in full.

-Mailed registrations can be sent to: SEB Tournaments – 525 Burnside Avenue – East Hartford, CT 06108.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any team that cancels 10 days prior to the first pitch of the tournament will lose 100% of the full price tournament entry fee.

EQUIPMENT: Baseballs, Umpires, and Awards are Included

BATS: Aluminum Bats (please see the tournament rules, section 10, for bat specifications.

AWARDS:

-First place and Second place teams will receive a team award. 

WEATHER UPDATES: All weather updates will be posted on the tourney machine app for this event as well as on the “WEATHER” section of the www.supereastbaseball.com website.

STANDINGS/SCORES: All scores and standing will be posted on the tourney machine app for this event.

TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY:

-Cancellation of tournament by Super East Baseball = Full Refund

-Team Cancellation within 10 days of start date - No Refund

-There will be a $200 per team administrative charged for complete tournament rain outs.

-1 Game played due to weather = 50% of entry fee

-2 games played = no refund
