EASTON CLASSIC TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

AGE(S): 13u, 14u, 15u, 16u, 18u

DESCRIPTION: 

This tournament is a 3-game minimum (11-18u) tournament over 3 days.

• All games will be played on high quality fields in the greater Hartford area.
• Baseball are Included 
• Site Directors present at each field
• Umpire fees are included
• Awards for Champion and Runner-Up 

DATES:   Saturday July 6, 2024  thru Monday July 8, 2024 

TOURNAMENT FORMAT: Depending on division and number of teams:  Teams will either 3 games in pool play with the top teams to compete in single elimination to a champion, OR they will play 2 games in pool play and play the third game in the play off round.    

ARRIVAL:

-Teams must be prepared to play on the first day of schedule start date.

-Coaches are required to check-in their team 60 minutes prior to their first game.

GAME MINIMUM(weather permitting): 13u-18u teams will have a 3 game minimum. 

PER TEAM FEE:  = 11u-12u teams $799, 13u-14u teams $999, 15u-18u teams $1199.00

-The FULL tournament fee is due at time of registration.

-No team will be added to the schedule until paid in full.

FIELDS SIZE:

-13U – 14U = 60’/90’

-15U - 18U = 60’/90’

GATE FEES:  NO GATE FEES

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any team that cancels 10 days prior to the first pitch of the tournament will lose 100% of the full price tournament entry fee.

EQUIPMENT: Baseballs, Umpires, and Awards are Included

Historic McKenna Field – 2 Remington Road, East Hartford, CT 06108

Henry Park – South Street, Vernon, CT 

Central Connecticut State University– 1516 Stanley Street, New Britain, CT

Martin Park – 307 Burnside Ave –East Hartford, CT

FIELD RULES: Turf fields DO NOT allow GUM, SEEDS or metals spikes.

BATS: Aluminum Bats(please see the tournament rules, section 10, for bat specifications.

AWARDS:

-First place and Second place teams will receive a team award.

WEATHER UPDATES: All weather updates will be posted on the tourney machine app for this event as well as on the “WEATHER” section of the www.supereastbaseball.com website.

STANDINGS/SCORES: All scores and standing will be posted on the tourney machine app for this event.

TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY:

-Cancellation of tournament by Super East Baseball = Full Refund

-Team Cancellation within 10 days of first pitch - No Refund

-There will be a $200 per team administrative charged for complete rain outs. The remainder will be a credit towards future SEB tournaments

-1 Game played due to weather = 50% (Credit)

-2 games played = no refund
