NEW ENGLAND COLLEGE SHOWCASE TOURNAMENT

AGE(S): 15u/16u  

DESCRIPTION:  Super East Baseball presents the 10th Annual New England College Showcase Tournament being hosted in Boston, Massachusetts.  This tournament has sold out every year.  Games will be played on local college fields and other high quality fields in the Boston & surrounding area.  This event is heavily scouted by top DI, DII, and DIII Schools. 

DATES:   Saturday July 20, 2024 thru Monday July 22, 2024

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:  Each team will play 4 games through Sunday to complete pool play. Top finishing team(s) will compete in single elimination on Monday to a champion.     

ARRIVAL:

-Teams must be prepared to play on the first day of schedule start date.

-Coaches are required to check-in their team 60 minutes prior to their first game.

GAME MINIMUM(weather permitting): 4

PER TEAM FEE:  = $1799.00

-The FULL tournament fee is due at time of registration.

-No team will be added to the schedule until paid in full.

FIELDS SIZE:

-15U - 18U = 60’/90’

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any team that cancels 10 days prior to the first pitch of the tournament will lose the full tournament entry fee.

EQUIPMENT: Baseballs, Umpires, and Awards are Included

Monan Park (UMASS Boston) – 150 William T. Morrisey Blvd, Boston, MA 02125 (Turf Field - Molded cleats only, No Seeds, No Gum)

Brandeis University – 415 SouthStreet, Waltham, MA 02453

BATS: Wood Bats (please see the tournament rules, section 10, for bat specifications.

AWARDS:

-First place and Second place teams will receive a team award. 

WEATHER UPDATES: All weather updates will be posted on the tourney machine app for this event as well as on the “WEATHER” section of the www.supereastbaseball.com website.

STANDINGS/SCORES: All scores and standing will be posted on the tourney machine app for this event.

TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY:

-Cancellation of tournament by Super East Baseball = Full Refund

-Team Cancellation within 10 days of start date - No Refund

-There will be a $200 per team administrative charged for complete tournament rain outs.

-1 Game played due to weather = 50% of entry fee in form of credit 

-2 games played = no refund
