UPPER & UNDERCLASS COLLEGE EXPOSURE SHOWCASE

AGE(S): 15/16u & 17/18u

DESCRIPTION:  Each registering team will play 2 full 7 inning games(NO TIME LIMITS) weather permitting.  There are no play off games.  Each registered team will play in front of a minimum of 4 college coaches per game.  College coaches will be in uniform in the dug-out and at times on the field gathering home to 1st data, in game pop times for catchers and in game pitching evaluations. Each team will take on field BP on Wednesday as well as a pro style work-out/evaluations all done by college coaches.

DATES: July 16-17, 2024

ARRIVAL:

-Teams must be available for 8 am start either day.

GAME MINIMUM (weather permitting): 2, On field Batting Practice, Pro-Style evaluations all run by College Coaches. 

PER TEAM FEE: $1450.00

-The FULL tournament fee is due at time of registration.

-No team will be added to the schedule until paid in full.

--15U - 18U = 60’/90’

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any team that cancels 10 days prior to the first pitch of the tournament will lose 100% of the full price tournament entry fee.

EQUIPMENT: Baseballs and Umpires included.

FIELDS RULES:  Turf Field - NO GUM OR SEEDS.  Molded cleats only.

BATS: 

Games: Wood bats are required 

On field batting practice:  Aluminum bats are allowed

TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY:

-Cancellation of tournament by Super East Baseball = Full Refund

-Team Cancellation within 10 days of first pitch - No refund

-There will be a $200 per team administrative charged for complete rain outs.

-Any evaluations or activity would warrant no refund.
